一、所需材料：Documents Required

 1、本国（地域）企业住所证明和存续2年以上的正当业务证明Foreign company's certificate of business place， registered certificate ，business license which show your company had opened more than  2 years  and still running,didn't cancel the registration；

 2、本国（地域）企业的章程大概构造协议Articles/ Organization Agreement；

 3、本国（地域）企业出具的对有权具名人的受权或证明文件Foreign company's signature permission letter by director；

 4、本国（地域）企业出具的首席代表、代表的任命文件及其身份证明Foreign company appointment documents original and passport copy of the representatives；  

 5、同本国（地域）企业有商业往来的金融机构出具的资信证明Foreign company bank letter（by company account bank，with your company name on it,and certify that your account have a good standing）；

6、首席代表、代表的简历及大一寸彩照各4张Four recent passport sized photos /the curriculum vitae of the representatives；

7、代表机构的租赁条约原件2份（需提供衡宇租赁注销存案）；产权证明：房产证复印件、业主身份证复印件加署名或出租方执照正本复印件加盖公章）2 pieces of office lease contracts（original）/copy of the real estate/ID copy or business license copy of the office owner；

8、请求表格，由金沙提供应有权具名人及各代表具名Application forms provided by us，should be signed by the foreign company directors，and  the representatives of GuangZhou office ；

注：以上第1至5项的文件应经本国企业所属国度或地域公证构造及其有权机构认证，并经中华人民共和国驻该国（或代管该地域）使领馆认证Documents From the first to the fifth should be notarized by local law firm and embassy or consulate of China ；in duplicate；

二、操持工夫Time：

约30个事情日About 30workdays。

三、建立后的文件：

代表事情证、工商注销证、代码证、国税注销证、地税注销证、公章、财政章、首席代表人章Documents after incorporation: working permit certificate, business license, corporate legal person code certificate, national/local tax registration certificate, company seal, financial seal and legal representative seal.
